Constance E. Brooks

Connie has more than three decades of legal experience as a natural resource and environmental litigator.  Connie has worked with her clients to develop valuable cost-sensitive solutions in oil and gas, endangered species, wilderness, livestock, and mining disputes.  Prior to founding the firm in 1993, Connie practiced law in Portland, Oregon for four years, where she was a member of the national firm of Davis Wright Tremaine and previously at Lindsay, Hart, Neil & Weigler.  From 1982 to 1988, Ms. Brooks was Vice President and General Counsel of Mountain States Legal Foundation in Denver, Colorado.
